Pitted Taggiasca Olives from the Ligurian Riviera are excellent table olives, their intense flavor is sweetened by the extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil, also being stone-free they are ready to be tasted in salads, on pizza, in addition to refined fish dishes, in rabbit or more simply as an aperitif. 340 g glass jar.

Pitted Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil are first selected and placed in brine, after curing they are hand-selected to remove the aesthetically ugliest olives, pitted, hand-selected again to discard any broken olives and potted in extra virgin olive oil, which gives a sweet note compared to the olive in brine. Excellent with aperitifs, pasta dishes and game. Our olives are grown in the Gulf of Diana, Liguria, what makes them exceptional is not only the variety of the olive, but also the microclimate in which they are grown. Pitted Taggiasca Olives from the Ligurian Riviera are certainly among the most famous in the world, in this version you can taste them mechanically pitted in extra virgin olive oil.
